Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees the puppy for one ( 1 ) year from date of birth against developing life threatening genetic diseases or defects. If any of these problems are diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, Buyer will provide any and all test results to Seller for a replacement puppy. Seller will replace Buyer’s puppy free of charge within the first year of life from the next available litter and with one of the same value, color, and gender. To qualify for replacement, Buyer’s puppy must not have sired or whelped a litter. Buyer’s puppy must be returned with the puppies signed registration certificate at the time of replacement if applicable. If Buyer’s veterinarian recommends having the puppy euthanized due to a genetic disease or defect, Seller must be notified first. Warranty for death due to congenital disease will be void if the puppy is euthanized without Seller’s consent. This guarantee does not cover cosmetic defects which in no way affect the soundness or health of a puppy, such as but not limited to hernias, over/under bites, coat color, or size, worms, coccidiosis, giardia, dermatitis. Bronchitis, and other stress related illnesses that are treatable and not reasons for return. Seller is not responsible for developments of faults, diseases, or disorders that may be prevented by proper care and nutrition. There are no cash refunds and Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses after purchase. This guarantee is void if Buyer has not taken proper care of the puppy. This includes, but is not limited to, necessary veterinary care, required vaccinations, feeding an age appropriate diet, grooming and proper housing and exercise.
Health and care of your new puppy
Your new Puppy will be put on a bi-weekly de-worming schedule, receive 2 series of vaccinations and have his/her 1st vet wellness checkup before it leaves the premises of the breeder. After the puppy leaves the Breeder’s care it is the responsibility of the buyer to take remaining care of the puppy’s vaccinations and vet care. Buyer must follow the regular vaccine, de-worming, and heart worm schedule for the first year of the puppy/dog's life. Microchips will be registered by j4 Corgis and Auggies, information will go home with puppy for transfer. Breeder is not responsible for any sickness the puppy has after it leaves our premises. The buyer understands that the puppy will leave the breeders care healthy, but the stress a puppy may endure being shipped and/or adapting to his/her new atmosphere may cause puppy’s immune system to become depressed and allow for any parasites to thrive Also, there is no guarantee on size, color, breeding, or show quality. If the puppy should no longer be available due to illness or accident, the breeder agrees to apply said deposit to another available puppy from this litter or another available litter.
Seller recommends supplementing with NuVet Plus. This provides an immunity booster and gives proper vitamins and minerals. Your new puppy will be started on Nuvet at 6 weeks of age. Seller also recommends pet insurance to cover accidents or illnesses, first 30 days will be free of cost (Trupanion Pet Insurance). Information will be email in go home email before pickup.
Spay & Neuter Agreement:
. This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion only and not for breeding purposes. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered between 6-12 months of age. (If the dog's health does not allow this agreement to be honored during that time frame Breeder will be notified and supplied with documentation on Veterinarian’s recommendations. )The Buyer agrees to supply a statement of proof on veterinarian’s letter head, be dated, signed and contain the phone number of the veterinarian that performed the procedure. The Buyer also affirms that their purchase is for a “pet home” only and not for breeding purposes. If the purchased puppy is used to purposely or accidentally produce a litter, the breeder will be entitled to be compensated for breach of contract. The Buyer then agrees to pay the Breeder and additional $2000 above the purchase price of the original puppy and $2000 per puppy that is sold from the litter. The Health guarantee becomes void if the spay/neuter contract is violated. This is meant to protect our reputation and bloodlines. Proof of spay/neuter surgery needs to be sent via email/text to J4 Corgis and Auggies within 14 days of surgery date and no later than 14 days after the pups 1st birthday. Previous Buyers agree to send via text or email a copy of Vet statement of spay/neuter 0ne week prior to picking up current puppy unless one has already been sent.
ADOPTION AGREEMENT:
The puppy is sold with the understanding that he/she is being placed in a caring home and the Buyer agrees that the puppy shall become a member of the family.
The buyer agrees that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should they ever surrender the puppy to an animal shelter or rescue. If the buyer should ever find themselves in a situation where the puppy cannot be kept, and a suitable, loving home cannot be found, the seller asks that the buyer or next of kin to contact them for help. Breeder reserves 1st right of refusal. If necessary, the seller will gladly aid in the re-homing process or provide temporary placement for the puppy until he/she can be placed. No refund will be provided by seller. I, the Breeder reserve the right at any time during the puppy’s 1st 8 weeks of life to refund your deposit and/or offer another available puppy if I feel there are compatibility or health issues.
